Indeed, please do not edit posts after someone has replyed. It will confuse everybody and doesn't notify people about the change.
So, the next question is: do you have an ftp server running and if so, which one?
OK, so the first step is to choose a FTP server to run. there are several ones. The most common ones are vsftpd, proftpd, aftp and several others. I advise you install vsftp
You can install it with yum:
yum install vsftpd
Then you can add users in the ftp group so they can connect to your machine via FTP.
For instance, to add the user obiwankenobi:
usermod -aG obiwankenobi
