Disable Start-here in gnome????

Probably a stupid question, but i just can't find it...

Whenever i start Gnome, it starts the Start-here....

How do I disable that, and add my own "startup" programs (like the startup folder in Windows?)

thanks!

There should be a little check box in the bottom right corner of the window. I was a bit confused on that as well.
