Directx 9c for linux


Hi,

Is it possible to install directx 9c in Fedora Core 2 Final. If so can someone please tell me were i can download the linux version, and if there is any installation iinstructuins that come with it.

DirectX is a microsoft product.

I don't recall ever seeing an installer for it, or being able to use it with linux.

I could be wrong.

i think transgaming was working on it as part of the winex project

I don't know about Transgaming, but the Wine project proper has just begun work on Dx9. The latest version has the first bits of it.
