You don't need to buy a Cegnda.I have an idea:you can download a DIRECTX installer for windows,and run it by Wine,just like install it in Windows.Then download a video card driver for windows,and run it by Wine,too.Before this,Please mount drive c:/ as where you installed Linux.I don't know will it work or not,but it's the only way to run DIRECTX program if you don't want to use Cegnda.
Is there something wrong with my grammer?I'm not an American or English people.

DirectX is still existing (now in version 11). DirectX 11 runs, AFAIK, not with Wine, also it will not work to install Windows graphics drivers with Wine, since Linux has no Windows kernel, even when working with Wine.
