deleted the panel

Hi friends,

I'm a newbie in linux but I do love linux sind a while. Thanks by advance to everyone of you.
My question is that I deleted the panel on the top of the screen (ther were applications, the browsers, etc) and there is now no way to get this panel back. That means I haven't got the terminal.

please help.

Thanks

Alright, not to be mean, but we need to know a bit more. There are lots of linux distributions and most can be very different. There are lots of window managers, and they are all different.

Please, for anyone reading this, when you have a problem, post LOTS of information. Too much is better than too little!

So, what distribution (flavor of Linux) do you use? RedHat, Ubuntu, Gentoo, etc?

Do you use Gnome, KDE, xfce4, fluxbox, twm, fvwm, etc as your window manager (probably KDE [seen a big K any time recently?] or Gnome [seen a big foot anywhere {they are still using the foot right?}?])?

Fedora 5

thanks Visari for your reply .
I use Fedora 5 but I don't know if it's Gnome or Kde to be honest.
I think it would be wise to follow some linux courses.I've got cbt's
from Trainsignal and Testout (linux+)

Thanks anyway Visari.

Just click on the bottom bar and select "add panel". You may have to add the menu manually by right-clicking on your desktop and selecting the menu item from "Add to panel".
