Debian boot floppy how?

Could someone please give step by step instruction on creating a boot floppy for Debian. I have the CD 1 and I have a working Mandrake 10.1 system. Its late please go easy on me all I want is a bootable floppy to let me install from CD that wont boot from CD. Thanks
