DAC960#0: Physical Drive 0:0 is now DEAD

Please advise.

I'm getting this message reported in /var/log/messages.

"kernel: DAC960#0: Physical Drive 0:0 is now DEAD"

We have removed the bad drive and would like to have the message be turn off. How do we stop this message from reporting?

-thank you
