Linux will recognize the drives as /dev/hda, and /dev/hdb repectively. Just install to whichever you want, and your bootloader should take care of the rest.
There can be a complication.
If you have installed RH or another OS and you install SUSE on the second or third HD, Suse changes your grub installation. If you have windows in your menu, this will stay, but it removes other linux menu points. You can however edit the menu file and
put your entries back.
After wards you can then start up with Windows-Suse-RH a.s.o
