creating repo

hi! I'm doing some self study for RHEL5.2. I've the 5 CDs with me. I'm trying to create a local repository go through the lab practice.

Anyone can provide a step by step guidelines on how to setup a local rep for RHCE practice? IS the createrepo rpm in one of the cd? where can i download it from?

Thanks.
