Controlling from another world.

OK, I got another question.

My Linux box is in another room, it is on a local network, and all it is used for is testing purposes...

I want to be able control this box from my windows machine. .

what is the best way to do this?

please bear in mind that I am a complete newbie, so could do with a little help in getting started on any programs you may mention.

Also, just for your information, I am on SUSE7.2, and i'm in a non graphical/command line environment.....

cheers !!!!

what does "control" mean in your world? i'd say you just want waant a ssh connection to it.. and tehn do whatever you want to it from a windows terminal... try puTTY, that's pretty good.
