Configuring QMAIL for only outgoing mail?

Don't have a whole lot of experience but I want to setup QMAIL (Sunos 5.9) for only outgoing mail. Would it be possible to do this? Where would I be able to configure this in the config file? Thanks!

Like forwarding all outgoing mail or monitoring all outgoing mail or both or something else?

Forwarding all outgoing. Issue is resolved as the "Life with Qmail" config steps pretty much made it seamless. Thanks anyhow.
