How about some useful information? What kind of proxy server? What version/distro of Linux? What kind of proxy authentication is used? What is it you're trying to do???
Saying "what should be checked for the proxy performance" is very vague. Are you wanting trending/reporting? Check to see if it's up once an hour? What????
