cant install anything


everytime I try to install anything, i get this while I use the './configure' command:

In this case, you need to install the development package for KDE, which includes the language header files etc. that other software needs to use.

You need to install kdelibs-devel. How you do this depends on your distro, but we can't help much because you did not list it in your profile.

after looking through there package list i couldn't find it in.

so a quick google i found this place which has the rpm

http://search.belnet.be/packages/pcl.../RPMS.texstar/


download the file

kdelibs-devel-3.4.0-10tex.i586.rpm

after that head to your command prompt and cd to its location and become a super user (su) and install it by

rpm -ivh kdelibs-devel-3.4.0-10tex.i586.rpm
