Question can't get bluetooth to work and connect to my mobile phone


when i open up to configure bluetooth it says i don't have any plugins available and when i try to search for appliences from my phone it cant recognise anything. Please help me! I want to transfer mp3 music from my laptop to my phone. I am using Linux Mint 9.
