can't download latest apache?

Any idea what I am doing wrong. I can't download the latest version of Apache. I am running 2.2.3, I want to upgrade but yum keeps saying no package for update.

[root@www yum.repos.d]# rpm -qa |grep http

[root@www yum.repos.d]# yum update httpd

Loaded plugins: downloadonly, rhnplugin, security
Skipping security plugin, no data
Setting up Update Process
No Packages marked for Update

What repositories are you set up on? I imagine that you are trying to upgrade to 2.4.2 which is not available in some repositories at the moment.

You can follow and download the source tarballs to do the install if you really need it.
