browsing windows files

hi, i have one harddrive that i have my operating systems installed on: Mandrake 10.0, Windows 2000, Windows XP. and then another harddrive with my files: Movies, Music, Ect.

How can I view the files on that other harddrive? I've been looking around and messing around in the program and all the files i can only seem to find are the ones for Mandrake.

PS. if someone can link me to a really good linux tutorial site and possibly a site with lots of software or whatever, that would be great. then i wont have to ask as many questions.

Thanks
