Bootable USB with Kali Linux Persists to Windows 10 on Second PC

I have a bootable USB drive that I launch with Linux, and it works on one PC. However, on another PC, it boots, i select Kali, but instead of launching the Linux distribution, it restarts, and it restart, i re select kali, it restart again and again.

What can I check ?

I'm using Windows 10, and I created the bootable USB with persistence on Ventoy for the Kali distribution

It was Parrot there, and now Kali here. Is there a reason you're trying to use these distros, which are meant for pentesting/security testing, and not for daily use?? And even then, by experienced Linux users? Kali's website has an exact guide on this:
