Boot Problem!

I had installed Red Hat 9 at /dev/hda1

/dev/hda2(linux swap)

then again RedHat 9 at /dev/hda3

/dev/hda4 (extended)

then Red Hat AS 2.1 at /dev/hda5

then Red Hat ES 3 at /dev/hda6

but when i booted the system it only show the Red Hat ES 3. And only text mode is working for ES no GUI is there.

Tell me what changes should i have to make to grub.conf file, so that all the installed OS would reflect as a menu. or any other idea.

Each partition has its own grub.conf file in boot directory.

You need to install the boot-loader for the the
subsequent installs in eachs / and only have
the grub of ONE install be written to the MBR.
In the grub-configuration of the one in the MBR
point to the / partitions of the other installs via
chain-loader.

As for the graphics in ES I can't help you.

Cheers,
Tink

How can we point the grub configuration of MBR to other partions via chain-loader?
Plz. explain the method.
