Windows can not natively create CDs from an ISO file. If you do not have Nero or Roxio then you need a utility like:
http://www.petri.co.il/how_to_write_iso_files_to_cd.htm

I do not have any personal experience with using this utility. You might want to search the web for other ISO burning utilities.

A 'ISO' is like a 'virtual photograph' per say, of a CD.

All you need is a tool (as suggested avobe) to burn this ISO image to a CD.

The ISO image once burned in a CD, is going to be a bootable CD.

Look for an option to "burn image" and you'll be fine.
