BIOS upgrade

I've bought a new hard disk and I found, with a lot of problems, that my mainboard's BIOS is too old to support it.

I searched for an upgrade (my mainboard is a MS - 6163 pro), but all the upgrades I found are Windows' applications.

What can I do? I'm desperate!
