apache not able to start up


98)Address already in use: make_sock: could not bind to address 0.0.0.0:443
no listening sockets available, shutting down

for some reason I think there is another server using that port. I wonder what it can be I hope its something simple to fix can any body help thanks.

netstat -at
and see which one is using port 443
