Unhappy can't get SSLl working on Apache. Apache won't start

I am using RH8. I am trying to use the GUI (cheap...I knows) and clicking to start the ssl mod. When it starts up I change the port number to 443 and try to restart apache and it says can't bind to socket 0.0.0.0:443, failed.

How do I get SSL running. Either using the gui or commandline, I don't care, I just need to get it running. Any help is apprciated. Thanks
