Am looking for the best server to setup wifi between CentOS & Ubuntu

Hi

Am kind of new at this wireless networking stuff, been doing a bit of research of my own and found some open source softwares like freeRadius2,Daloradius. So they seem to work hand in hand,but am also looking for server softwares that can run with these applications smoothly for lack of a better word. I have 2 servers in mind(ubuntu 12.04lts and centos)

Any suggestions as to which i should go for?

well those two examples are just RADIUS servers. Nothing to do with WiFi at all. What do you actually want to achieve??

i want to setup a hotspot whereby people require passwords to login and access the internet there after.

Here is a scenario;

1. Internet comes in eth0 on my pc which has 2 network interface cards.
2. The second nic is connected to a bullet (its a device that am using to rebroadcast the internet and it has an omnidirectional antenna).
3. I need to setup a hotspot on the 2nd nic so that only people with passwords and username gain access to it.

The ultimate goal is to setup a hotspot and have a proper management system for it.

Thanks in advance.
