5.1 audio playback asoundrc file (CM8738)

How to configure ~/.asoundrc file to play on all 5.1 channels?

Currently, it doesn't play center and basss.

I have C-Media Electronics Inc CM8738 (rev 10) sound card.

My ~/.asoundrc file:
Code:
pcm.!default
{
    type plug
    slave sl
}
ctl.!default
{
    type hw
    card 0
}
pcm.ch51dup {
    type route
    slave.pcm surround51
    slave.channels 6
    ttable.0.0 1
    ttable.1.1 1
    ttable.0.2 1
    ttable.1.3 1
    ttable.0.4 0.5
    ttable.1.4 0.5
    ttable.0.5 0.5
    ttable.1.5 0.5
}
pcm_slave.sl {
    pcm "hw:0,0"
}
cards.pcm.surround51 {
    type plug
    slave sl
}
Even playing the video
mplayer -ao alsa:device=surround51 -channels 6 some_video.avi
doesn't work. No sound on bass and center. Any sugestions?
