[slackware]Shutting down

Hello
When i shutdown my slackware, i still need to push the power button. But when i shutdown
my computer on mandrake, i don't have to do that.
So how can i change that so that i don't have to push the power button?
Thanx Hylke

try apm or acpi .. i usually just test first by typing :
Code:

and then

Code:
shutdown -h now

if it worked, then uncomment the appropriate module in your /etc/rc.d/rc.modules.
good luck.
