Yahoo on proxy

hi all,

i just would like to ask if is it posible to connect yahoo via squid proxy server using the default http port 3128?
What i did was I set the proxy setting for my messenger to point to the http port 3128. Failed. I checked my squid logs and I got TCP_Miss error.

What do i have to do? I can enable NAT or masquerading but eonnecting via proxy i think is much safer. Thanks for the help.

install clarkconnect home edition, and set the squid as transparent proxy.
