domain name skaut.net is not always visible on propper IP addresses.
dns servers are
ns.skaut.net 217.23.196.3
home.skaut.net 217.23.196.4
arthur.blic.net 217.23.192.4

some users from time to time can see http://www.skaut.net

I examined the problem and found that from some reason, sometimes, ns and home servers are on wrong IP addresses. So, wrong IP addresses are:
ns.skaut.net. has address 193.77.234.66
home.skaut.net. has address 193.77.234.67

as I said, not always, but when it happens, users outside skaut.net can't see web site and web sites hosted there.

is anyone able to find solution for this?

I assume that you have an ADSL link provided by SiOL.net and that you are hosting your own websites.

speak to SiOL and your domain name provided about your problem.
