Wifi stops working when telnetting


Im running ubuntu 13.04 and im having a problem. Im connected to internet via wifi. I have a sun t2000 server I connect to via telnet (ethernet cable). The internet works fine on my laptop having the ethernet cable connected, but as soon as I telnet to the server my internet stops working? Whats the problem?

Heres how its setup.

Ubuntu laptop:
Eth0 - ip is 192.168.0.110 netmask 255.255.255.0
Wlan0 - ip is 192.168.0.101

Sun server:
Eth0 - ip is 192.168.0.100 netmask 255.255.255.0

Whats am I doing wrong?

Why are network of eth0 and wlan0 same? They should be in different network.
