Question webserver help!!!

I have a Suse 9.3 webserver running apache 2 and tomcat 5, my web app have an e-mail service that is link to my IIS server, but when I upload my web app to the server and try to access the mail, I get an error stating that port 25 is block but when I upload the app to my win2k PC I can access the e-mail service. The Webserver is on the DMZ, can this be the prob.. that port 25 is block from the DMZ? and can I join the Domain from the DMZ??

Is iptables running? If so it may be firewalling the server. Try 'service iptables stop' then try your app. If it doesn't work restart iptables. 'service iptables start'
