Webmin- Says browser will not accept cookies.

I am using Mandrake 8.2

I got webin working-very cool. Can dork with home computer from work.

It sends a 128 bit encryption certificatie before allowing a login.

halfway through the day I was logging in from work and AFTER the correct login(as root), it says:
"Your browser does not support cookies, which are required for Webmin to work in session authentication mode"

also the URL line says:

https://localhost.localdomain:10000/session_login.cgi?page=%2F&junk=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx&user=root&pass=(MY PASSWORD).

(Broswe DOES have cookies enabled.

What gives? I have stopped and restarted it, to no avail.

Could this be an apache problem?

Would like to get some advice.

Thanks In Advance,
CNM
