try another website -- perhaps you are trying a site which is having network problems (or perhaps your network is experiencing heavy traffic leading to inconsistant timeout problems)
ok, well, sorry to say that you've exhausted my ability to troubleshoot here... i suggest you open a new thread relating to your connection problems with your browser... do a little background research, such as pinging the site, and see if you can't expand on where else you have connectivity problems on the Internet -- try browsing other sites, and see if this is a common problem, or site-specific.
