using x-win32 to connect to linux Box

hello,
From my windows 98 machine I am using x-win32 to connect to
Linux machine(redHat7.1), but it gives a "session declined service refused" , while at the same time I am able to connect it using
telnet, but it is very slow.
I am not able to get where the problem is , as with same x-win I am able to connect to other server machines.
I have tried with Exceed also, same problem.
It seems that speed of server is very slow to respond to
clients, how it can be solved??
Kindly give ur suggestion.

I have the same problem and I'm using XThinPro

My error msg is 'Connecttion open but host doesn't answer'

Have u tried SSH with forwarding?
