using linux to redirect remote vpn traffic to another remote machine

I travel 5 days a week and work on all different corporate networks. My problem is that when I try to connect to my office network VPN I find out that the corporate firewall I am behind has blocked the PPTP VPN port. I would like to redirect the connection to my home linux server on any open port like 80 and then have the linux box redirect to my office VPN machine on the correct port of 1723. I am running linux redhat 8.0 and microsoft's vpn client. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
