usb cable


hi all
how to access usbcable for my mobile..
am using Fedora5.

is it possible?

What are you trying to do? Drag and drop files, or use it as a modem? Since this is Networking, I am going to guess the latter.

Does the system seem to recognize the phone when it is connected? Any modules loaded, device nodes created, a mention of it in the logs, etc, etc? It would also help if you gave the brand/model of the phone.

mine NOKIA N95..
i wud like to transfer data (files) through usb cable.
in my machine (f5) not detecting my mobile.

can you please help me
how to access the usb cable (like windows machines) in Fedora5.
