Unhappy Time-out on server

Time-out on Server. This is a constant problem I seem to have. I'm running SuSE7.3, I'm using rp_pppoe to connect to Bell Sympatico. I'm using Konqueror as my browser. I've got SuSE_personfirewall running and configured iptables to drop all attempts to make a connection to my computer.

One of the few sites that I time-out on is http://supportforum.sun.com (192.18.99.180). I'm able to ping, traceroute and nslookup with no problem.

My DNS is fine. I'm wondering if it's the firewalls blocking something? This is not the only site that I time-out on!

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Erik

I forgot to tell you. I've even tried to connect via Lynx - still can't connect.
