Squid setup for ISP how-to?

I'm setting up a WISP and I want to run squid and Squid Guard. How do I go about setting up a transparent proxy that does not require setting proxies in web browser and that also does not allow users requests to bypass the proxy?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

PS. Brennan, waiting for that tutorial on squidguard.

you need to use iptables on the router to direct all port 80 packets to the box with the proxy on it.
You may find http://www.linuxguruz.com/iptables/howto/ helpfull.
