Squid doesn't survive reboot
I installed squid on fedora core 3 test 3 ( yum -y install squid), correctly configured it. Checked it by pointing the browsers of the other machines on the network to 192.168.1.1 port 3128 and everything was ok.
tail -f /var/log/squid/access.log
showed the requested web pages.
Decided to reboot. Squid failed to start with error "errorTryLoadText: failed to fully read /etc/squid/errors"
The above directory is a soft link to /usr/share/squid/errors, it is owned by root. I've tried chown -R squid:squid but I can't cahnge ownershipfrom root to squid. I think it is only a permisions issue. Any ideas!?
Thanx in advance.
