Slow WiFi Atheros AR9485

I am really confused. I have tried Ubuntu 17.04, Ubuntu 16.04 and Fedora and I have this issue everywhere. I have dual systems, and everything is fast and fine on Windows, but when it comes to Linux - internet is much, much slower. I tried to google it many times.

I also tried options ath9k nohwcrypt=1 and disabling IpV6, still no progress.

I have the identical device, and no speed problems. What does this show?

          Link Quality=52/70  Signal level=-58 dBm

The quality and speed deteriorate quite fast. I get about 12-20Mb/S in this location.

I had no problems with this WIFI using my former laptop, but now..

What's your speed?

Another thing to consider that wifi is 802.11 b, g, & n. 802.11 b & g are speed limited fairly low. Your usb port also has to be fast. Post the output of thses two commands
