Senmail - How do I indicate the subject?

Hello,

I am using sendmail within a shell script to send an email based on a specific rule.

I am using the command as:

echo "This is the email body" | sendmail -f <from address> <to address>

Now I want to specify the subject but I cant seem to find the switch to use.

If I use "mail" instead of "sendmail", I can specify the subject with '-s' but then I cannot specify the "from" address!!!

Can anyone help?
