samba can't mount default C$ with null pass?

i'am trying to mount default C$ share from slackware on clean windows xp installation..here is the line :
Code:
smbmount //win_box/C$ /mnt/winbox -o username=Administrator
(samba prompt for password and i just hit enter) and i got :

Code:
Password:
15430: tree connect failed: ERRDOS - ERRnoaccess (Access denied.)
SMB connection failed
i forget to mention that Administrator dont have password..

BUT,when i try to mount this on the same box :
Code:
smbmount //win_box/share_folder /mnt/winbox -o username=administrator
(samba prompt for password and i just hit enter) everything just fine, and i have mounted remote share..
so my quiestion is : can samba mount C$ with Administration acc that dont have password ?

for info : when i try win->win mount :
Code:
net use x: \\win_box\C$ /username:Administrator
(prompt for password, just hit enter) works fine.

Windows is very strict on these admin shares
C$
depending on how the windows Machine is configured it is impossible to login to access c$ d$ e$ on certain machines (even as admin you will be denied)
and in no circumstances can you access them remotely with a blank password.

if your on the win box you cant use runas (windows equiv sudo)either with a blank password
runas /user:admninistrator "notepad"

Try creating another user/ using a password
/ creating a real windows share \\win_box\c

oh extra note
Windows and Samba dont see eye to eye on case sensitivity
a capital and lower case sent by samba seems to matter
whereas windows login manager converts everything typed to lowercase.

keep to lower case in linux for windows usernames
