Safe to remove dracut-network

I am trying to minimize the packages on my system a bit. I don't need nfs at all, but when I try to yum remove it yum claims it must remove dracut-network, which seems a bit scary since dracut is an initramfs, probably involved in booting..

I don't need to net-boot so this could be ok... or it could hose me Anyone know if uninstalling dracut-network is safe?

PS. I'm not sure if this is exactly the right forum to ask in, but the package says network in it so I decided to start here...
