remove kde save state?

ok i'm not sure if i worded this correct but, i want to remove the saved state for an account on kde. (meaning i dont want it to load the applications that were last used on it before logoff)

the reason i need to do this is because there is an applicaion caising the system to lock every time i log into this account.

also, is there anyway to stop kde from saving states in the first place?

point 2 -> in the KDE control center, the Session Manager allows you to turn this off
