routing on a specific port

I am trying to forward all traffic that hits my linux box, functioning as a router, on a specific port to be forwarded to another ip address of which is a windows 2000 machine. i thought i could use ip tables to do thsi but it does not seem to work

i am tried to use

iptables -I FORWARD -i eth1 -p tcp -d 172.19.102.1 --dport 5555-j ACCEPT

iptables -t nat -A PREROUTING -i eth0 -p tcp -d 172.19.0.1--dport 5555-j DNAT --to 172.19.102.1

It however is not working. Any suggestions?
