rndc: connect failed: connection refused

When I first installed BIND, and caching-nameserver, they worked right away. I restarted my linux box, and I get that message. Named starts fine, I don't know if that's significant or not. Here's some more details that might be of value:

2 Ethernet cards:
eth0 - Internet
eth1 - Internal Network (Private Class C)
Internet IP is recieved through DHCP
Internal Computers Recieve IP through DHCP (From Linux using dhcpd eth1)

I can't think of anything else to add. Any questions, I'll prolly be able to answer.

Thanks,
Atroxic

your bind configuration /etc/bind.conf or similar file is of importance in this case, since rndc is just a utility to control bind!
