Question Restricted and Monitored Dialin

Hi!

I have a working dialin server that uses mgetty+sendfax on redhat 8. Lately, I sensed a need to impose time restrictions to users accessing my dialin server. These are what I have in mind:

1. How can I restrict access to my dialin server to a specific date, or time-of-day, or day-of-week, ... for each user?

2. How can I monitor usage of each user so that I can further restrict his account to a specific total number of hours per month?

I have already browsed through all related postings in this forum but there's nothing here yet that can address this concern.

Please help me.

Thank you very much.
