Nautilus "destroyed file being monitored"

This happens at both my work and home computer:
I'm using Slackware 9.1 and gnome. When I exit gnome, I always see the message
Nautilus (with some number): destroyed file still being monitered

What does this mean, and how do I fix it? I'm sure it's nothing to worry about, since the system works fine and it's been doing it for weeks. But, I'd like to figure out to get it to stop giving me this message.

Any help is appreciated.
