remove expired zones from named.conf

Hi
~ I have regular problem of removing Expired Zone from /etc/named.conf
nearly 60,000. I can't remove it manually.
so can you provide me any solution to automated removing of Expired
Zones from /etc/named.conf using shell script or others.
I have seperate list of expired Domain names in a file , i need a script
to fetch the expired domain names from the file and remove it from
/etc/named.conf in secured mannner.
any idea ?

eagerly waiting for your response....
