Question reconfiguring squid via PHP


Hi,

I'm making a script to generate a list of web sites to be prohibited from being acessed by Squid in PHP but i cannot execute

/usr/local/squid/bin/squid -k reconfigure

so Squid get the new list....

what do I need ???
