real vnc and suse 10.2

I am using real vnc and the real vnc viewer with suse 10.2. I am trying to connect to view the desktop on window xp. I am getting this error message "unable to connect to host: no route to host (113). I am using usb 8004 router. I do have established connectivity between the two computers, I am abel to browse back and forth between the two. I would appreciate the help getting rid of this error message.
