postfix and ipop3d


I can't read my incoming emails
My syslog says
Jan 6 15:58:41 newman postfix/smtpd[3100]: connect from f129.law11.hotmail.com[64.4.17.129]

And I load up ipop3d
[root@newman root]# ipop3d

+OK User name accepted, password please
pass #######
+OK Mailbox open, 3 messages


Now what do I do???
how do i read my emails
where are they stored
and how can I get pine to do this instead of typing it in?
I am stuck pleze help
